I’m excited for you all to meet Juliann Berens, the co-founder of Refind Kitchens based in San Diego, California. They’re a design and remodeling company with a mission to reduce the environmental impact of interior design. They come and remove gently & barely used kitchens and repurpose them in new design projects keeping cabinets, appliances and more out of the landfill. In this episode we discuss her career journey from nurse to designer to social entrepreneur, why we should all be thinking about our home “care plan” and how no matter what your job or business is, you’re always secretly a ‘caregiver’ to your customers.
